What Is a Typical Week at McKinsey?
In a typical week, as long as you don't have a Monday morning meeting with your clients, then you wake up super early on Monday and you fly out to the client site. The general pace is you try and get there before the clients and you try and leave after the clients. So let's say it's maybe an 8.830 to six day on site, perhaps. And then getting a lunch break, having meetings, doing independent work, meeting with clients, perhaps doing site visits, et cetera. On Thursday, it looks a little different because then after lunch, everybody starts to migrate and pack up, move back to the airport and get yourself home for the evening.
