How to Talk to Your Teenager About Anxiety
Listen to her and let her have those worries and sort of unload on you, obviously respectfully. You can even set a time like we're going to spend 15 minutes every day kind of walking through those anxieties. This will help her get more comfortable with the normalizing these feelings that she's having. I also recommend if she loves reading, which you also mentioned, there's a book on the teenage brain that is actually written for both parents and kids to read.
