Do You Do a Warm Up?
Warming up is the first thing I skip. It's like year seven PE level advice. The only thing that really matters is just elevating body temperature, for most people. So I do an empty bar, like barbell complex of just like some basic movements for sets of 10. And then at the end, I just don't check them all. Just have it on the ground on my phone press through it as I'm doing it. You can be within 10 minutes up to speed with not 10 minutes of the podcast. What's yours? Walk us through yours briefly.
