You Know, It's Safe to Shoot Your Shot and Fail

I think whole thing about the world is that it's becoming, i think, increasingly safe to shoot your shot and fail. You basicly need to minimize the downside risk, right? If you can, aly make it so that someone can start a company, take a shot, and socially, financially, it is not ruinous to them. And even if your business fails, i really think it's almost all upside right? Like, if you really took a shot one, you learn a ton. So you're just better off that way.
