The Relationship Between Genes and Their Environments
Theory is adapted to selection pressures imposed upon it by its quote environment, unquote. This account also upholds the critical rationalness of view of problems as being conflicts between semantic information and physical ones. The principle of good explanation is relevant here, because when I say we're explaining, I'm implicitly assuming that these are good explanations in Deutsch's sense. Does that make sense?
