Ricardo: I think the legacy thing starts kicking and then you're like, okay, this is it. I need to create something that's going to impact and hopefully make the world a better place. When the pandemic hit, we had just launched our third program for Calgiverse. So we were out with fathers, mothers and caregivers as transitions. And we realized that the COVID has been like the first real shared global experience of leave because everybody was sent home.
