How to Deal With a Crazy Business

Japanese has no person agreement at all. Chinese does drop pronouns in some cases, even though it has no kind of agreement on verbs to compensate. It just depends on whether pragmatically the language can handle not having a pronoun there or not. Or it could be as free as Japanese, which just drops whatever. But you just have to decide where it's acceptable or where it's even sometimes required to drop pronouns. And that can get tricky because you have to think about controlling reference within a discourse.
