Automating Momentum Volatility

We generate a multivariate data series that automatically distinguishes between rhetoric, what policymakers say in the media, an action. We do a delta between rhetoric and action and when I say it, it becomes very obvious. But just think about how many times people have a disc of policymakers by saying, oh, they're just all talking, no action. Well, we have the numbers to measure that now.
