The Leapfrogging Problem in India

India has always had this problem it's leapfrog right it gets left behind you know India had virtually very very few fixed line telephones and even after liberalisation telecom liberalisation we saw that phones went up a little bit. We just jumped straight to cellular phones and smartphone technology and we have fantastic penetration there so this leapfrogging problem do you view it as a frustration like why can't we do it in the physical infrastructure space or is this also an opportunity to improve the physical infrastructure? I've really begun to understand Nandans work I've been watching now since 2009 right and we've had some healthy debates along the way because for the state of course it is easy to roll out
