The Datorment and It's It's Just a Thing of the Past

It's one of the few good jokes in rick and morty that i that i stand by is the freedom wafer selects. It's like distilling this brain juice that gets grown during an act of rebellion and selling that back to you so you can consume and have that same feeling of rebellion. The datorment thing used to make a lot of sense to me when i grew up in adbusters, but now it just feels like regular direct cultural attack as if we're trying to break out of our own culture. We'll chat about them later too.
