I remember feeling at the time that the sort of media narrative was that the guy from Metallica was on this like vendetta against this company. And even to me, you know, as a kid with no skin in the game at all, I was like, well, that seems seems a little bit disproportionate. You kind of lose countercultural cred when you do that kind of thing. Depending on who the artist is that's leading the fight, it changes the public perception of it.
