There's a lot of just interesting really interesting indirect beneficiary that touched these end markets without really having to take that capital intensity or cyclicality. All three of them are not necessarily in the asset heavy business they're helping people find homes buying buy and sell homes but what you're seeing now with all three of them is a move into the cyclical nature of the business like actually buying the homes themselves and putting them on the balance sheet.
