The priority for a child to take part in sport is love and fun, in enjoyment and friendship. That's te to be the core of our coach education process. We have assessments that look for declarative knowledge, rather than a deeper breadth of knowledge that exists around it. I think scaffolding somebody's learning journey so that you can help them arrive at answers by negotiating escape the landscapes that we existed. It's just far more engaging is a coach.
