How to Grow a Business?

The first thing that i would tell any body coming into this field is, learn as much as you can about the field. Go to conferences, virtually or otherwise, and just rea try to immerse yourself in what's happening. I read news letters every day. And sometimes i listen to these webenars, and i'm surprised at how much i don't know about different things. The reason that we win business is because i know a lot about what's going on in the industry.
