If you're feeling anxious, do things that take your mind off whatever is making you anxious. Shorten the workday by creating a clear cut off time to your workday. Learning how to cook can be pretty big. Finding a fun activity to do with your significant other or friends every week can be really big. Sang no to more activities and people that aren't a fuke. But it's important, again, to find ways to prevent and be proactive about anxiety and then to deal with the anxiety.
