Thinking Again in the Classroom
When I started thinking about writing Think Again, I realized that I wasn't giving my students an opportunity to do it. The first year they did this initiative called Dear Penn Freshman where they wrote letters to their former selves. It ended up getting adopted at a bunch of other schools and so I saw that and I said okay this is a staple of my class. We need to rethink what we teach and learn every single year.
