I recommend mindfulness training to almost every client ADHD or neurotypical or unknown because it's that powerful. And at the same time, it's hard as heck for a soybean ADHD to wake up every morning and do headspace or something, right? It just took quite a down. You know, but there's, you know, it is possible to develop those habits. And it's worth trying, even if we're not successful every day,right? It's not, it's a practice. It's not about succeeding every day.
