Semeatics is focused on the story. It doesn't read the bible as a it doesn't do that kind of textual criticism, all that kind of hypercritical stuff. An treating the bible, at least my form or semiotic, as one story, from genesis to the maps. Now, it's one story, and so you you treated it and so you do the semiotics of the of the story.
