The Power of Persistence

The experience of mastering that stutter had a sort of embedded energy in it. It was like a slingshot that flung him forward in his ambitions because he realized, okay, if I can do that, then what else can I do? He ended up running for junior class president in high school. And he began to carry himself like somebody who was in control of not just his mouth, but also the audience.
