Is the Stock Going Lower From Here or Not?
During this earning season, there was a lot of companies that reported quarters that were fully in line with expectations and reaffirmed their guidance. And then the stock fell ten or 15 or 20 %. That's really difficult, as an analyst, to say, everyone's wored about this thing collapsing. But if you try and trade around those quarters and guess what other investors are going to do, you're just playing a crowd psychology game. If your own businesses for five or ten years or more, the psychological swings will help you enter in exit businesss, stocksat attractive prices. What you really need to get right is the long term fundamentals.
