How Much Do You Spend on Black Friday?

Eric Dick: You will inherently stand out from the noise a little bit by doing a full 50% off on Black Friday. Very few brands I feel can have the unit economics to kind of pull that off. We know like the biggest hurdle in D to C is our shipping costs and we can outpace that hurdle which stays fairly flat with raising AOV to a point. And so we're quite confident on the discount outpacing the biggest hurdle with volume. So here's my question then. If we were to just give you 50k that you have to use for the Black Friday period, would you just put it into you know into ads? Where would you put a $50,000
