I was talking to somebody on Twitter and they said, Hey, if I don't have a long event, do I even need to be doing these endurance rides? And I said, yes, definitely like endurance is the building block of everything. So we kind of talked about muscle fiber type and that your anaerobic fibers can become more aerobic with endurance training. That's a really good reason to do the long ride if people don't believe in the long ride.
