Graduate School - What Are the Different Needs?

Undergraduate students have different concerns than graduate students or early career faculty. One of the things that a mentor can do in that situation is say, i know so and so at this university. Let me introduce you guysover emal and start asking them questions about their programme. And then introducing them to someone who is working in a field similar to what they want to go into after graduation. I think one of the neatest things about mentring and being mentered is that it creates even more new relationships. So you end up developing a network and connecting with people as a result of getting to know each other. It's really fun,. um, that's really exciting," she says.
