Many poorer nations and emerging economies battle the harsher consequences of global warming on a daily basis. At cop 26, dozens of african leaders called for climate justice to cope with the challenges ahead. Morally, the case is very cleari. Most of the omissions come from the developed world, from the rich countries. But internationally it's still very much power play rather than legal principles or moral principles.
