i'm really terrible at saying good bye. i usually just quickly walk away. I hate it too. Although sometimes when i'm sort of being official amyi make a point of saying good bye properly, in a way my mother would approve of your handshake and eye contact and all the stuff. That's so difficult. But i also love the rise of ghosting. Wi love the side door. And that is true this time too. We are thinking about doing some more episodes - we will have an up date in the weeks or perhaps months ahead.

Don’t negotiate against yourself. It’s OK to drop the ball. Sleep. We get wisdom from women who are experts on how we work — and who have advice on how to ask for more money, achieve more by doing less, and avoid burning out.
