The Phoenician Alphabet

The Phoenician alphabet has so much similarity to the Etruscan letters down below that it seems, you know, very reasonable to think that there's a correspondence. And then another interchangeability that may arise in ancient transcriptions of one language to another. So they don't really have a corresponding value to the English alphabet between the first letter of the Phoenician and Greek alphabets. But if you look at it, it looks like a capital A turned on its side. Totally does.
