Why We Shouldn't Allocate Judgment to a Computer

Most people would disagree with the idea that it's better to have a more stable, more reliable and more accurate judgment. The rules of what counts as due process in most constitutions explicitly include having a chance to be heard. There are lots of things we do not know how to build an algarism. You want the judge to be able to take into account the circumstances, the history of the offender. A lot of things that are difficult to put in a single algorism.
