Is That What You Call a Landfill?

Singapore has had landfill in Pongo and Sarimboon before. Landfills are so invisible to us, we don't pass by them every day. I really think it's a visual thing here because Singapore landfills is so visible. How do you look at like a body of water and go, I'm going to make an island day of trash? No, it's an island that they actually built around it to turn into a landfill.
