The Importance of Reflection in Training

We use a tool called training peaks, which you're probably familiar with. For years, I have lobbied them to flip the order that I see the workout completion. So every time an athlete uploads a workout and they put in their post activity comments, I get an email. The order of that email is what they call the hero metrics first. And then the post activity comments second in that order that in the order is important.
