The Role of Fear Failure in Success
Some people like yourself are able to manage it and that there's others who it becomes a blocker. I think having a vision and strategy is with with a time horizon kind of beyond the short and midterm is probably an important part of it. And obviously that strategy is going to need to evolve as you learn things. But I think that probably helps you maintain, you know, a broadly correct trajectory, despite the kind of short term blips that you might see along the way.
