How to Build the Right Product Teams

One of the big things about being in a leadership role is also about building the right product teams. So how did you really learn to build those right product teams? Any examples that you can give us with respect to going doing it right or probably doing it wrong and learning from there? Yes. I think it is definitely one of those trial and error and hopefully you don't have as many errors. But yes, of course, when you do, I think you put it very well.
