The Concept of Abstrationism in Management

The concept of abstraction is something that I don't know, probably is particularly evident for people like us operating in China. So the approach, the leadership approach is much more paternalistic and much more directive than what we are used to in the West. Now, the key challenge, however, is that middle managers especially need to have a specific blend of tactical and strategic mindset. That's the critical success factor for successful middle management.
