How Do You Prototype Conversational Technology?
When you are brought in as a consultant, what is that first phase that you do? Probably research one, before you get started with actually designing the thing. We try and figure out what the problem the client is trying to solve, and if a conversational technology is the right solution for that. And then from there, once we know kind of what we're building and what the conversational a i needs to be able to speak about, then we can start doing early designs and very early prototypes.
