i think that some of the advice rim this book, it was written pre covid, doesn't necessarily apply to our world. I feel like a lot of people who are either deaf or ord of hearing. What is she saying about them when she's elevating hearing with our ears? All other things, words like she could have brought in paul eman s work on micro expressions and how much those say to us without us even knowing it. But over all, you are recommending it.
