Is Russia Running Low on Munition?

I don't see much room for the positive diplomatic manoeuvres. The word I've used is desperate. And we can see that desperation at many levels inside Russian society and inside the Russian military machine. To say in general terms that they're running low on munitions, I think is wrong. But you know, with a stockpile still of millions of shells and rockets, they're not running low on that. Unless this winter is particularly difficult, and some NATO member states find it too hard to continue finding support amongst their populations, then the West's Ukraine can count on Western support.
