How to Prioritize a Specific Problem to Solve For

The first part of the user journey is actually just finding doctors. You then want to go into coming up with three specific solutions for that problem. And when you come up with those three specific solutions, you can use another matrix to prioritize which solution you will end up ultimately building. The three I like is value efforts and impact. How much effort is it going to take to build? So if you have an operational solution, don't just consider the effort from the engineers also considered effort from the operations team. But designers is less common so maybe just stick to either operations or engineering.
