The Importance of Being a Good Advisor

I would see myself as the advisor to the Prime Minister, not the Prime Minister. That's too difficult a job. I can be deep subject matter experts on things that actually help facilitate change in the UK. The education system still is brilliant for the elite but it's not good enough for everyone else. And just recognizing that we need a massive amount of investment from internally and externally.
