What's the Biggest Difference Between 2008 and 2020?

The US spent 800 billion in 2008, we spent 7 trillion over the course of the COVID period. The difference was that there was a huge amount of bond printing from the treasury through deficit spending. And then what does the Fed do? They remove bonds from the private sector and give people deposits. But when they get the deposit, the deposit yields, at least for most of the last 10 years, the deposit yielded nothing. Private sector incomes actually go down as a result of QE.
