Is There a Return to Normality?

Most people, scientists included, would expect that return to nonomality to happen at a time when case rates were low and vaccinations rates were high. And yet, that doesn't appear to be the case. Only just over 50% of the population has had a double dose vaccine. A something like 68, 70 % hehave had a single dose. But nevertheless, some vaccinated people will be infected. There's still a lot of potential for the virus to spread. That's wisng absolutely.
