How Long Do You Really Look at a Multifamily Deal?
You really got to get under the hood and learn. Just learn as much as you can because no one's going to, you're going to have to find this stuff out for yourself. So if it's say we're looking at a multifamily deal, first thing I look at is the market. Is it something like a Phoenix or a Dallas or a Huntsville or is it to San Francisco? Do I even want it? do I even want to be in this market?
