Is It Always Smaller?

If i take one times thwo times three, all the way up to nine, it has a bunch of digits. If i add them all up individually, i get something. Do it again. Get smaller again. Eventually you get down to just a single digit number. Is it the same every time? Oh, wa oh. I've heard it's like nine or somehn o some reason. No, that's not true.
