Iam, the first generation jewish imigrant. I'm allowed to tell you, yes, slavery was very bad,. but it was also happening in every other country in the world at the same time. My grandparents were aves in russia. You know, all of this other stuff that the culture was brought in as these ideas about who we're supposed to be. And i don't think it's helpful. And i've wanted to do with the book is to say to people, you don't have to buy into this narrative. Be grateful for a build something, create something, give something to other people. If you feel that you're unfairly privileged, maybe you are.
