The MetaQuest Pro costs less than a third of this and the Quest 2 costs something like a tenth of this. Your average consumer is not going to be buying this. This is really something that's aimed at developers, I think. It seems that so far most of the use cases involve taking two-dimensional apps from desktop or mobile and just projecting them into midair.
