The Jury's Judgment on the Case of Hannah
Out of the 46 million that was awarded right the the total award was actually 46 million 475 thousand 112 dollars and 30 cents out of that 46 million 36 million of that was for past and future pain and suffering so the rest um was for loss of income. The medical expenses that actually made up 9.8 million of that award so if you look at it that way what the jury was saying was okay well you know he's going to require quite a bit of care and that's nearly 10 million dollars worth of care.
