How Lori's Approach to Hiring Helped Her Build an Excellent Team
As your employees get older the amount of light that's required in these areas also gets higher so it's not just that Lori struggles here this is like a human nature kind of thing we need light to do our job. We're looking for people mostly people come to our department because we're contract departments so most of the positions are always open on nights so it is hard to find those people but within even our own system of 12 different sites we're probably pretty lucky that we're been able to find folks that are willing to start on the night shift and things evolve pretty quickly.
