There's just a very very clear difference in capacity for growth across two different types of hypertour which is why it's just so important to separate these two things out. As we get more advanced then we really start to reach those upper limits of muscular potential right that something like um rather than like squatting i think this is all anach this is this part is anach doder but i think it lines up there pretty well.
