The Filibuster and the Durban School Shooting

Cinema's office got so bad at me because I tweeted her response to whatever school shooting had happened. She said something like, oh, you know, we don't need DC solutions to this problem talking about the filibuster. So that matters a whole lot less to what kind of legislation can be passed than whether or not she will allow some kind of significant gun legislation.
