The Future of Nuclear Power in Africa
I'm not advocating nuclear for Africa and I don't advocate this course of action, but I can tell you that Russia in particular is strongly trying to promote floating nuclear as a potential solution. Nuclear is going to be associated into the long term future with grids that are relatively stable and reliable with nations that demonstrate inability to pay energy bills. So for nations where there's still basic energy governance remains unclear, I don't see nuclear playing a lead role in that.
