Is It Loss Its Protection for Black Lives Matter?
The supreme courts ruling that employees have the right to speak out on issues reasonably related to their jobs. Does that play a part here? Yes. So if part of blak, the black live's matter movement, is about also being treated fairly as a person of color in the work place, then any one can pass around that literature. And so it seems to me that black lives matter would probably pass the concerted activity portion.
