The Problem of Under Employment and Unemployment in India

In India, we have gone straight from agriculture to service lead growth. The trouble is that while the service growth has driven very high dutyly growth, they have not generated much employment. This really lies at the heart of the job's crisis, which is wonderful under employment and unemployment. We need a concerted effort to expand our work force in manufacturing because there are opportunities for it. I would say that this has to be focus on labor intensive manufacturyity. These sectors do need to go back to sectosWhich are more labor intensive than others. And so i mean, whatever you want to call them, these industries are hurting us right now.
